This event will be the first of 4 events which we hold for students to reward them for the work they have done during tutoring. Each student who attends will have been receiving tutoring on a weekly basis through Envision Atlanta’s tutoring ministry. Having your group provide some activities will not only give them an incentive to work towards, but will also give them the opportunity to engage with loving adults and their peers in a safe space.

Below is an example schedule for the day. If we need to adjust the start/end time slightly for your benefit, please let me know.

9 AM—Cowee arrives and receives overview for the day

10 AM—Set-up/pick-up students

10:30-11 AM—Students arrive/large group free play

11 AM—Begin stations (4 stations—15 minutes each)

12 PM—Set up lunch/large group free play​​

12:20—Lunch

1 PM—Drop-off students

2 PM—Debrief with team
