1. Even though the apostles were Jewish, was the good news of Jesus only for Jews?
No! The good news is for all people, everywhere! But the Jewish believers in Jerusalem were hesitant to accept Gentiles into the church. Peter helped them understand that God does save all people who believe in Jesus.
2. After Stephen’s murder, some Jews went to Antioch. Who did many of these believers share the gospel with?
Many shared with Jewish people, but some shared the good news with Gentiles. As the Gentiles heard the gospel, they trusted in Jesus and were saved.
