Back to School Prayer Cards
Prayer cards will be created for our students (grades k-12) with basic information (name, school, grade, birthday, parents).
If your child’s photo isn’t in the last church directory, or you would like to submit a more recent photo, click the button down below and upload the pictures to the attached form.
Our church family will be given the opportunity to receive a card during the Back to School prayer emphasis service on August 21st.
